About Me

A woman with auburn hair smiling at the camera, seated at a wooden table with a cup of coffee.

I am a BACP registered integrative therapist and certified DPP practitioner, with more than 30 years of experience. I work with children, young people and adults, offering individual and dyadic therapy both in the Brighton & Hove area and online.

This dynamic approach enables me to meet you where you are, in a way most suited to your difficulties as you see them.

I am the creator of Allado, a provider of education support to children and young people living with relational trauma and loss, as well as specialist training for those caring for them.

I was also the founder of ToucheBase, an organisation that ran for more than 12 years to provide therapy, education support, community projects and training.

As well as founding specialist mental health, community, training and education teams, I am a published author of many books and papers.
