No. As a person-centred integrative practitioner, the most important aspect of you to me is your experience. Sharing any diagnoses or symptoms you have is helpful, however it does not define you. I will work with you on your needs and difficulties as you see them.

We will usually begin with weekly sessions. The frequency can be extended out as we move forward if we think that is appropriate.

I offer both short and long-term treatment depending on your needs and preferences. Whilst I can provide you with my professional opinion as to the number of sessions, how long we work together is ultimately your choice.

The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) is the professional association for counselling professions in the UK. Membership of the BACP means that I have undertaken the requisite training recognised by the BACP to qualify and work as a therapist and operate under the BACP ethical framework.

Online therapy will take place via video-conferencing software. It is a convenient solution for those with a busy schedule or in a geographically remote area, with therapeutic outcomes that are comparable to in-person work.

I have extensive experience of working with children, young people and adults.
My background as an attachment and trauma therapist and specialist teacher also means I have a lot of experience of working alongside parents and caregivers to support their child’s therapy.
Fees
I offer a free, 30-minute initial consultation to see if we would be a good fit.
I am able to offer a limited number of concessions to those on a low income or experiencing genuine financial hardship. Please contact me to discuss further.
